Saturday – shoulder hurting after Thursday and did not sail Friday could not move arm and painful. Decided to try and if cannot sail maybe fly home early. Surprised myself in being able to sail 4.2m/79 twin for an enjoyable short sail, but hard to gybe on outside as raising arm to grab boom hurt, ouch. Packed up as wind increased and Daz changed to 3.4m and not to chance shoulder any more. Bit light on inside and occasional lull otherwise great rides back side on waves. Going out kept weight off shoulder by hooking in early, and inshore gust dropped me slowly onto sail; I could not unhook and now got a bruised rib as well as knackered shoulder.
